Customer Reviews for PowerAcoustik FUBR-12 Great bass for little money My daughter recently managed to destroy her old bass box in her car so I was shopping for a new one when I saw this one on sale. There were some good reviews of it so I decided to give it a try. It comes in a solid wooden box that is designed for exactly this speaker. That box would survive any kind of shipping company and does a great job protecting the speaker (almost felt bad throwing it away..). The speaker comes with a plan how to hook it up of you use one, two or more of these with one or multiple amplifier which is important because the speaker has a total of four connectors and it is important that you hook it up the right way. With the description, that was no problem. The sound is... - well, we do not have a decibel meter so I can not tell how loud it is - incredible. The bass is so much more powerfull than with the old speaker of the same size. We almost got concerned that it might loosen some screws or blow up the back passengers bench. You'll need to hear it to understand. We would not have bought it for the $200+ but at $80 this was a great buy. good subs for the price paid well they deliver like they say . about 400 watts rms they take a lot of pounding from the amp and rarely they distort . very please with their quality and looks . if you can get a plexiglass box better . 12" FUBR REVIEW First I would like to say these subs are amazing when hooked up right, I own two of them and love them. One thing I would recomend if you buy these subs are to make sure they are powered, broken in, and wired right. If your are looking around for the best price then definitely buy it here at amazon, hands down best price & customer service for it. WOW These speakers will blow your mind as soon as you hear them There very very strong & they seem 2 have a sound of there own.
